Rodolfo R. Moreno is Associated Professor at the Department of Music of the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA), having received his B.F.A. (Music) from Concordia University and his M.A. (Music Theory) from McGill University, in Montreal, Canada. He is preparing a book on harmonic syntax and harmonic vocabulary. He is the author of El Concepto de Cadencia en el Siglo XIX: La Cadencia en el Sistema Teórico de Moritz Hauptmann (2013) and John Dowland’s Seaven Teares: A Thorough Theoretical Analysis (2017). Professor Moreno is co-editor of the book Educación Musical Universitaria. Filosofía y Estrategias (2016).
